The anatomy of a cellist

One thing in that concert last night. There was a viola soloist in one of the pieces, named Sol Gabetta. She's relatively young (35) and is a very physical presence when she plays. For the concert we saw, she was wearing a sleeveless and backless red dress. Here's a picture where she's wearing the same dress (I presume at another concert) and you can get a bit of a sense for it.
From our seats, which were kind of to the side of the stage, we had a very good view of her musculature. I know this sounds weird and maybe slightly creepy, but it was very distracting. Every time she would pull the bow, her arm and back would look like anatomical diagrams of muscles. I mean not exactly like those diagrams; she has skin. But her triceps and traps were seriously cut. Not a big deal, but not what I expected from the cellist.
